Cheniteli OÜ ("FastRedesign", "we", "us") operates fastredesign.com and the FastRedesign AI UX audit service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website and products.

Account and contact data: name, email, and messages you send via forms or support.

Audit data: screenshots you submit, generated audit reports, and related metadata (timestamps, IP-based rate limiting).

Payment data: processed by Mollie; we do not store full card details on our servers.

Usage data: pages visited, device type, and analytics events when you consent to analytics tracking.

To provide and improve the audit service, process payments, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve product quality. We do not use your submitted screenshots to train third-party foundation models unless a provider offers that protection under its own processing terms.

Please avoid uploading passwords, payment card details, health records, or customer personal data that is not needed for the audit. Mask sensitive information before uploading screenshots whenever possible.

We use service providers including hosting (Vercel), AI processing (OpenAI), payments (Mollie), and optional analytics (PostHog). Each processes data under their own terms and our data processing agreements where applicable.

Audit jobs, screenshots, and reports are retained for as long as needed to deliver the audit, support payment access, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete audit data by contacting hello@fastredesign.com, unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
