Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fastredesign.com and FastRedesign services operated by Cheniteli OÜ ("FastRedesign", "we"). By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

FastRedesign provides AI-powered screenshot UX audits, an optional paid full report, and manual design implementation services ("Manual Fix"). Features and pricing are described on the website and may change with notice.

Audit outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes; they do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

You must not misuse the service: no illegal content, attempts to bypass rate limits, or abuse of our infrastructure.

You represent that you have authority to submit website, product, dashboard, booking, or other interface screenshots for analysis.

Do not upload passwords, payment card details, health data, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information unless you have authority to do so and the information is necessary for the requested service.

Paid full reports are billed through Mollie. Because full reports are digital deliverables made available shortly after payment, they are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or where a duplicate or technical billing error occurred.

Manual Fix and custom design services are scoped separately. Refunds, milestones, and any service-specific commitments are governed by the written project agreement or statement of work for that engagement.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to process submissions to deliver the service. FastRedesign branding, software, and report formats remain our property.

Deliverables from Manual Fix projects are governed by the statement of work agreed for each engagement.

References to conversion-focused work or guarantees describe our implementation process unless a specific guarantee is written into your project agreement. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, conversion, ranking, or business outcome from an automated audit or Manual Fix engagement unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastRedesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
